Work is mainly figurative, representational and descriptive.
in watercolour & gouache with some oils and acrylic on canvas,
plus occasional other media.

Gesture, texture and pattern are particular interests.
In addition to life studies, stimuli for work include dreams, mythology and legend, and the atmospheres and moods evoked by seasons, climate, landscapes and nature.
